About the Miami Valley K9 Search Team
The Miami Valley K9 Search Team Is a non-profit K9 search team. Our team was organized to provide trained search dogs and handlers for the search and rescue of lost person(s) upon the request of any official agency. We are also commited to the training of dog teams and support personnel to develop and improve the skills and capabilities of the search and rescue community.
All of our services are free of charge.
What we can provide to you
Our members come from different backgrounds and the majority of our team is either a Firefighter, Police Officer, or EMT's. Our team members can provide you with the following services.

- Evidence dogs
- Ground Support
- light Disaster Searches
- Man Trailing Bloodhounds
Searches
Our handlers do request that they collect their own scent Articles to avoid contamination. Our team trains in all types of weather and all types conditions.
